When this tiny piece of dark grey plastic is missing from your Element, it makes you want to scream every time you see it (which is a lot considering its central location in the car.) Technically called the escutcheon lock lid, I usually just call it the hardest piece to find the scrapyard.
For used parts, normal wear and tear is to be expected.
