💙 Put Your Heart in It: The ElementDIY Community Story

Hi Friends,
We want to take a moment to thank you for being part of the ElementDIY family. Your support and passion fuel everything we do!
Since the beginning, ElementDIY has been more than just parts and accessories. It’s about the passion that drives the Honda Element. It’s about the people who love these cars, the adventures we take, and the memories we create. That’s why our tagline, ‘Put your heart in it,’ truly captures our mission. We’re dedicated to growing our community of Honda Element enthusiasts.
💙 The Heart of ElementDIY
The heart has always been central to our mission. If you’ve been with us from the start, you might remember the original ElementDIY logo. It featured a simple, opened-door Element with a heart inside. That logo represented more than just the car. It embodied the spirit of community, creativity, and connection. Today, our current logo reflects that spirit too. In fact, it draws inspiration from the first line sketch I made with Inkscape. I based it on a picture of Hank—my first Honda Element—with the clamshell doors open. Ultimately, it’s a tribute to where it all began.
🚗 Community in Action: Elements on the Dragon
This past weekend, I attended Elements on the Dragon, and it was hands down the best one I’ve experienced. For the first time, I offered installs of our popular Rear Hatch Release Kit and E-Dash Dock Phone Mount. As a result, I had the chance to meet other Element owners and see how unique each build is. More than 150 Elements gathered, and I felt grateful to connect with so many passionate owners. The community’s support, inclusiveness, and energy clearly reflect the adventurous spirit of the Honda Element.
🛠️ Reflecting on the Journey
Looking back on the weekend and the journey so far, I realize how special this community is. Every Honda Element has its own story. Each one is shaped by the places it travels and the people it carries. The car may be rugged and practical, but it’s the heart that keeps it moving. Likewise, it’s that same heart that drives ElementDIY.
Put your heart in it!
