Meet Avery Colburn, the mastermind behind one of our most popular products, the Door E-Cubby. With a lifelong passion for flying inherited from his balloon pilot parents, Avery’s journey into the skies led him to discover the versatile world of paramotors. In 2020, he made the switch, trading in his supercharged Civic for a 2008 Element that could seamlessly accommodate his airborne adventures.
A full-time electronics installer for both automobiles and mobile homes, Avery specializes in a spectrum of enhancements. From car alarms to cutting-edge sound systems, remote starts, and power systems, including solar installations, Avery’s expertise extends across the automotive and mobile living landscapes.
Drawing on a decade of experience in 3D printing and fueled by a desire to unlock the full potential of his Element, Avery embarked on a mission. Leveraging his skills in car electronics installation, he began tinkering and crafting upgrades and modifications for his beloved E.

Description:
Roof rack system for Honda Element DX, LX, EX, and EX-P models. This is a full, correct factory setup, ideal for restorations, upgrades, or replacing incomplete or damaged racks.

- rubber boots / gaskets (non-SC style)
- roof rack caps
- Upgraded stainless steel hardware (optional)
- Upgraded SC style boots (optional)

Function & Fitment:
This rack mounts to the factory roof mounting points and provides a clean OEM appearance while maintaining proper sealing at the roof. The included rubber boots and gaskets help prevent water intrusion and protect the roof garnish and mounting areas from weather exposure.
Optional Upgrade:
An optional upgrade to brand new OEM SC-style rubber boots is available via the product options. This allows buyers to convert this rack for use on Honda Element SC models, which require different rubber boots due to the SC’s unique roofline and exterior styling.
Important Compatibility Notes:
- Standard configuration fits DX, LX, EX, and EX-P models
- SC models require SC-specific rubber boots
- Roof rack hardware itself is the same across all trims; only the rubber boots differ

I provide a visual inspection and description of each part to the best of my ability. Hardware, fasteners, buttons, and accessories are not included unless specifically stated — in this listing, stainless steel hardware is included. The buyer is responsible for fully assessing compatibility, safety, and appropriateness of use before installation.
